Ordering and Delivery Process
All orders are processed through Paypal and all major credit cards are accepted. It is not necessary to have an already-existing Paypal account to place an order. If you pay using the e-check method (where you transfer funds from your bank account using Paypal), please allow 3-4 business days for the e-check to clear. Once the e-check clears, your files will be emailed to you. If you ordered customizations, we will begin the custom work upon clearance of the e-check.
Once payment is received, the template files will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
If you've also ordered customizations, we will be in contact with you so we can work with you on achieving the desired result. When customization is done, your custom template will be temporarily placed online so you can preview it. Once the work is approved, we then send you the files. Completion and delivery time for customizations is normally 1-2 weeks from time of payment. We will provide a time estimate for you at the time of purchase.
* IF YOU HAVE NOT HEARD FROM US after more than 24 hours after you placed your order, please note the following: We attempt to email you using the email account you have associated with your Paypal account. If you do not hear from us, either the email was bounced back to us as invalid and we had no other way to contact you, or the email we sent you was filtered as SPAM and placed in a "junk" folder, or possibly even deleted because of the file attachment. Please contact us so we can resolve this issue and fulfill your order as soon as possible.
